Dual Purpose Hop
Can be used as both a bittering and aroma hop. Even with its high alpha acids, Azacca still works well as a dual-use hop, giving off a pleasant mix of tropical fruits touched with citrus. On the palate it’s particularly spicy, with mango, pineapple and some pine and tangerine-esque qualities. It has also been likened in nature to some New Zealand-bred varieties.
